The widow of a Manhattan man who was crushed to death when a snow-laden patio awning collapsed on him at an upstate New Year’s Eve party is suing the hostess.

Gisa Botbol is suing Judy Fein in Manhattan Supreme Court. Fein, of Rhinebeck, told The Post she had no way of knowing the awning would fail and kill Jean-Luc Botbol last year.
