The wife of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. was charged with driving drunk two days after a domestic dispute at the couple’s home in Bedford, N.Y., The Journal News reported Tuesday.

Mary Richardson Kennedy, 50, was arrested Saturday when police determined her blood alcohol level to be .011. The legal limit in New York state is .008.

Bedford police told the paper Kennedy’s car drove over a curb in front of St. Patrick’s School, where she told officers she went to pick “some people” up.

Police responded to a call from the Kennedy’s home late last week, and filed a domestic incident report, according to the paper. No further details were available.
