The Staten Island man who bashed his wife for not springing for cable TV while he was in the hospital was charged yesterday with killing her.

“We want to see him rot in jail,” Gloria Sellitto said of her brother-in-law Thomas Scala, 57, who was charged with criminally negligent homicide for the death of his 59-year-old spouse, Blanche.
