BUFFALO — A former TV exec accused of beheading his estranged wife left court yesterday after a judge refused to let him act as his own attorney.

Muzzammil Hassan asked to return to jail rather than sit through more of his trial for the 2009 death of Aasiya Hassan. Testimony in the second-degree murder case began Tuesday.
