A Manhattan wife who claimed her husband secretly divorced her to protect his assets has had a lover since 2008, her spouse says.

Cristina Carta Villa, 60, insists she had no idea her husband divorced her shortly after their December 1994 marriage, and wants a judge to declare the split invalid.

But she has been “maintaining a sexual relationship with ‘SP,’ a gentleman who resides in Paris,” Gabriel Villa alleges in his own court filings.
