The British babe accused of shaking down Yankees general manager Brian Cashman scored a victory in court yesterday.

The NYPD agreed to turn over all the 911 tapes Louise Meanwell is seeking to use for a planned “personal-injury” lawsuit against whoever called 911 earlier this year seeking to have her committed.

The 911 call is alleged to have been orchestrated by Cashman, who prosecutors said was being shaken down by Meanwell as she threatened to go public with her tales of their affair.

Meanwell’s lawyer, Peter Gleason, had subpoenaed Cashman to testify in court yesterday about his whereabouts on the day of the 911 call, as part of his camp’s bid to get the tapes. But the subpoena was rendered moot when the NYPD agreed to turn over the tapes.

Meanwell is out on bail on charges of grand larceny by extortion and stalking.
