Wine suit stale
Billionaire William Koch waited too long to uncork a suit against Christie’s over his 1988 purchase of $300,000 worth of counterfeit wine, a Manhattan federal appeals court ruled yesterday.
The panel upheld last year’s dismissal of Koch’s claims as “time-barred” by a four-year statute of limitations.
