The train was in the process of being moved by a little after 6 a.m.

A passenger who spoke with Good Day New York at approximately 8 a.m. said the train he was on was finally moving, three hours later.

Expect up to 45 minute delays into and out of NYC; trains to Hoboken are subject to up to 15 minute delays.

Midtown Direct trains are being diverted to Hoboken.
