Keeping his vow of silence, a reputed Gambino family mobster who turned down a deal with the feds refused to say why yesterday after getting sprung from jail on $2 million bond.

“No. Sorry,” said Onofrio “Noel” Modica.

He’s charged with two murders and with plotting to tamper with the jury that convicted “Dapper Don” John Gotti in 1992.

Also freed yesterday was reputed Gambino associate Michael Scarpaci, who got a weekend reprieve to attend his daughter’s baptism. He must report back to prison tomorrow night.

Meanwhile, two other alleged mob associates named in Tuesday’s racketeering indictment of reputed Gambino boss Daniel Marino remained locked up after appearing in Manhattan federal court.

Steve Maiurro didn’t seek bail after surrendering Thursday night to face charges that he helped pimp out a 15-year-old girl as part of a prostitution ring.

Michael Scotto got a $3 million bond despite prosecution claims that he bragged in taped conversations about beating a loan-sharking victim.
