An ex-Bonanno crime-family associate and key government witness was sentenced to 4½ years in prison yesterday.

Stefan Cicale has already served most of that since pleading guilty as an accessory to murder. He testified that he saw Joseph Young kill Robert McKelvey in 2005 at a mansion in Staten Island’s Charleston section.
