An elderly woman was clinging to life today after a livery cab mowed her down and sped off in Brooklyn, police said.

Police are now looking for the thug, who was driving a black Ford Explorer with TLC plates when the motorist slammed into the 70-year-old victim on Wilson Street and Lee Avenue at 9:28 a.m.

The vehicle was spotted fleeing south-bound on Lee Street and the woman was rushed to Brooklyn Hospital.
