An 83-year-old woman was shoved to the ground in an unprovoked attack in the Bronx Saturday morning, police said.

The unsuspecting elder was assaulted after being approached by a male stranger on the 600 block of East 187th Street, near Arthur Avenue in Belmont, at around 10:20 a.m., cops said.

The shaken senior was transported to St. Barnabas Hospital in stable condition, police said. There were no arrests.
