A Queens woman was arrested Thursday for giving a botched butt injection that eventually killed a mother-of-two looking for the perfect booty.

Allison Spence, 41, was charged with manslaughter pumping toxic material into 31-year-old Latesha Bynum inside an unmarked building in Gramercy Park on July 15, according to police.

Bynum got sick 12 days later and went to the hospital where she was pronounced brain-dead and later taken off life support.

Spence was also charged with unauthorized practice of a profession for giving the butt injection.
