The woman accused of splashing a blue powdery substance on Wall Street’s famous Charging Bull statue was arrested Friday, police sources said.

Courtney Frances Fallon, 33, who lives in West Seneca near Buffalo, was charged with graffiti and criminal mischief for the Thursday morning vandalism.

Video captured near Bowling Green shows Fallon pouring a blue powdery substance over the bull’s head sometime before 7:30 a.m., the sources said.

A blue sash was also draped around Fearless Girl statue that reads, “Draw the blue line.”
