The woman at the source of a scandal that’s roiling state government and is prompting calls for Gov. Paterson’s ouster is a 40-year-old hospital official and mother of two named Sherr-una Booker, multiple sources told The Post.

She’s the longtime ex-girlfriend of Paterson’s now-former top aide, David Johnson, and the two lived together until last fall – when an incident took place that’s now at the center of an investigation by Attorney General Andrew Cuomo, the sources said.

Booker and Johnson dated for at least seven years, and possibly close to a decade, according to the sources.
