A woman was busted for pepper-spraying a trio of strangers inside an Upper East Side subway station Friday morning, police said.

Janequa Parsons, 30, was squabbling with a man as they got off the crowded train at the 86th Street and Lexington Avenue 4/5/6 station around 9 a.m., authorities said.

At some point, she allegedly fired a can of pepper spray — striking her target and two other bystanders.

Cops don’t believe Parsons knew the man with whom she was arguing.

She was handed a desk appearance ticket and faces three counts of assault charges, according to police.

All three victims were treated at the scene for minor injuries including vomiting and swelling to the eyes, police said.

The nature of the argument was unclear.
