A cabby waved a porn video and a wad of cash at a pedestrian, trying to get her into the back seat of his taxi, city documents claim.
The unnamed victim in the Feb. 4 incident told an administrative law judge at a hearing that she was outside her East Harlem apartment when driver Mohammad
Khalek beckoned her to his cab.
Khalek showed her a clip on his phone of a couple having sex and flashed a “large amount of cash,” she claimed.
At the administrative trial, Khalek said his accuser solicited him for sex.
Licensed since 1999, he has a long list of prior violations, including two for threats, harassment and abuse.
Judge Noel Garcia recommended last week that Khalek lose his license and be fined $1,000. The ruling is pending before the city’s Taxi & Limousine Commission.
