A Long Island woman claims she was sexually assaulted by a Nassau County police officer in the back of a patrol car — and that the cop checked in on her just days later, according to a lawsuit.

Jenny Hannigan was pulled over by Officers Gary Zima and Rachel Miller and arrested for driving while intoxicated, but claims her nightmare was just beginning.

Zima allegedly got into the patrol car next to Hannigan, whose hands were cuffed behind her back, and “plac[ed] his hands and fingers inside of and around [her] vagina and vaginal area.”
