A brazen Texas doctor groped a groggy woman on a flight from Dallas to JFK after she popped a Valium and nodded off, according to Brooklyn federal court papers unsealed Thursday.

“Let’s go to the bathroom,” Pratik Doshi allegedly whispered after fondling her breasts and trying to reach into her pants during the American Airlines flight in June. She took a Valium to relax and rested her head on her folding tray before Doshi’s assault, papers state.

Doshi’s attorney, Peter Brill, said the two had a harmless conversation and that no inappropriate contact took place.
