A woman is clinging to life after getting hit by an MTA bus on the Upper East Side, officials said.

The M86 bus was turning on 92nd Street from 1st Avenue when it hit the victim at about 7:30 a.m., transit and fire officials said.

She was rushed to New York Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
