A horrific Bronx car crash killed one woman and injured two kids riding with her and the driver of the other car Saturday evening.

The woman, 58, was heading south on Webster Avenue with a 5-year-old and a 9-year-old in the back seat when she struck a car going the other way near 233rd Street at 7:47 p.m., police said. It was not clear which driver was at fault.

Medics found her unconscious and she was pronounced dead at North Central Bronx Hospital.

The kids were rushed to Jacobi Hospital, and are expected to survive, medics said. The 73-year-old woman driving the other car is also expected to live.
