A woman was killed in a fire in her Queens home Thursday, officials said.

Police and firefighters are investigating the cause of the blaze, which left the 46-year-old woman dead on the floor of her hallway in Flushing around 4 p.m.

A 911 caller reported the fire on 25th Drive at 3:55 p.m., and the slow-smoldering blaze was out by 4:15 p.m., but the woman couldn’t escape the smoke and heat, sources said.

There were no immediate signs of trauma, according to police.

Police withheld the name of the victim for positive identification and family notification.

Investigators are waiting for the medical examiner to determine a cause of death.
