A 30-year-old woman fainted and tumbled onto the tracks at Grand Central Terminal this morning, authorities said.
The woman had gotten off a Metro North train that originated in Hartsdale when she became dizzy and fell onto Track 28 at about 8:30 a.m., transit officials said.
Workers quickly shut power to the third rail and the woman was pulled back up to safety.
The victim regained consciousness and was rushed to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition, FDNY officials said.
