An elderly woman was fatally struck by a Volkswagen driver pulling out of a Brooklyn dealership lot on Thursday, cops said. 

Carol Langdon, 72, was walking on Fourth Avenue near 89th Street, in front of the Bay Ridge Volkswagen dealership, around 3:20 p.m., when a 29-year-old man driving a white 2021 Volkswagen Atlas pulled out and struck her, authorities said.

Langdon, of Kensington, was taken with severe head trauma to NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn, where she was pronounced dead, according to police.

The motorist was not immediately arrested, and an investigation is underway by the NYPD Highway District’s Collision Investigation Squad.
