A brave woman fought back against a man who tried to rape her in Hell’s Kitchen earlier this month, new police footage shows.

The woman was walking on West 51st Street between 9th and 10th avenues around 4:20 a.m. Sept. 1 when the creep approached her from behind, locking her in a bear hug, covering her mouth and trying to pull down her pants, the footage shows.

But the fearless woman fought back and yelled for help, prompting the man to flee westbound on 51st Street, police said.

Police describe the man as in his 40s, last seen wearing dark pants, a hoodie with white lettering and black sneakers.
