A 25-year-old woman’s bruised and battered corpse was found in a park in upper Manhattan this week, police sources said.
Ellyn Tiburcio’s remains were found around 7 a.m. Tuesday at Laurel Hill Terrace and E. 183rd St. in Highbridge Park.
An autopsy performed Wednesday showed she suffered from cuts, bruises and broken bones that could have been caused by a fall, the sources said. She recently told a friend she had been using Oxycontin, according to a police source.
