A woman was found dead — with her throat slashed — in a Bronx apartment Thursday morning in what cops believe may be an attempted murder-suicide.
The 24-year-old woman and 27-year-old man were both found around 7 a.m. inside an apartment building on Arthur Avenue and East 180th Street in Crotona with cuts to their throats, cops said.
The woman died in the apartment, and the man was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was in stable condition, according to police.
