A woman died after she was found with multiple stab wounds on the front lawn of her Long Island home, police said Sunday.

Cops found Meghan Kiefer, 27, with the injuries outside the home on Hartford Drive in Coram around 4:45 p.m. Saturday, Suffolk County cops said.

She was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital but couldn’t be saved, according to police.
