A South Jamaica, Queens, woman used a meat cleaver to hack to death a neighbor who had accused her of having sex with a minor, police said Saturday.

The body of Maria Palagulachi, 50, was discovered Thursday after relatives reported her missing. The cleaver was recovered at the scene, sources said.

Elizabeth Sanchez-Ortiz, 30, is facing a murder charge, DA Richard Brown said.
