A Suffolk County woman was arrested this week for driving with not one, not two, not three, but 46 license suspensions — which she racked up on 14 different occasions, according to cops.
Juwel Johnson, 38, couldn’t have cared less about her bad driving record — allegedly hitting the road Thursday in a 2006 BMW.
Cops said she was pulled over in Deer Park at around 4:35 p.m. for failing to signal before a turn.
Johnson, a Wyandanch resident, had been traveling northbound on Commack Road and was attempting to head east on Grand Boulevard when a Suffolk County officer initiated the traffic stop.
“A check on Johnson’s license showed she currently possesses a non-driver ID only, and her DMV license record revealed it been suspended 46 times on 14 different dates,” police officials said in a press release.
As a result, Johnson’s vehicle was impounded and she was arrested. Cops charged her with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree — a felony — and brought her down to the local precinct, where she posted bail. Her arraignment was scheduled for Sept. 30.
Attempts to reach Johnson for comment early Friday were unsuccessful.
