A woman was struggling to survive after she was shot in the head in Queens Tuesday afternoon, police said.

The woman, whose age and identity weren’t immediately known, was shot at 22-45 Dix Ave. in Far Rockaway around 4 p.m., according to cops. She was taken to Jamaica Hospital in grave condition.

Cops were looking for a man wearing a black jacket and driving a white SUV with tinted windows, police sources said. The vehicle also had a chrome front grille and running LED lights.

She was the third woman shot in broad daylight in the city Tuesday.
