A stranger slashed a wheelchair-bound woman in the face as she sat outside a Bronx, bodega, police said.

The 51-year-old woman was in front of 520 East Grocery on Brook Avenue near East 148th Street in Mott Haven on Tuesday around 10:25 p.m., when the unknown man came up from behind and slashed the left side of her face and then ran off, cops said.

The injured woman was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital for her injuries.

Police describe the attacker as being in his late 20s, wearing a grey hoodie and a pink t-shirt.
