A woman jumped to her death from an Upper East Side building Tuesday afternoon — leaving body parts scattered on the street, police and witnesses said.

The victim, 67, whose identity was not immediately released, plunged from a 21-story co-op building at 340 E. 80th St. near First Avenue at 12:30 p.m.

“That’s my wife,” a distraught man was heard saying. A witness said, “It looked like her head had been severed.”
