A 69-year-old woman leaped to her death from her Upper East Side apartment window Friday morning, law-enforcement officials said.

Freida Brown jumped from her 11th-floor home around 11:32 a.m. and landed on a second-floor balcony, police said.

A neighbor said Brown may have been struggling with money issues.

Brown was pronounced dead at the scene.
