A woman attached a plastic bag to each of her ankles — one containing her car keys and the other a goodbye letter with her parents’ contact information — and then jumped to her death from the George Washington Bridge on Sunday.

Kathryn Weisbard, 46, leapt from the north walk at around 7:30 a.m. The NYPD’s Harbor Unit recovered her body and discovered the items.
