A 29-year-old Queens woman was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver who dragged her for nearly 50 feet.

Maria Christina Villacres was on her way home from working at a Manhattan Whole Foods shortly after 5 a.m. when she was hit while crossing Seventh Avenue at West 24th Street, according to police sources

The vehicle — a minivan — made a left turn onto West 23rd Street and sped off, sources said.

Emergency responders said they found Villacres, who was on her way home to Corona, “unconscious and unresponsive,” and rushed her by ambulance to Bellevue Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Police said no arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.

A man identifying himself as a manager at the Whole Foods store declined to comment Sunday.
