A minivan t-boned a motorcycle on the Upper West Side last night, killing a woman and injuring two men, officials said.

The bike was headed north on West End Avenue when the Chrysler Town & Country, headed West on 65th Street, smacked into it at around 10:30 p.m.

Good Samaritans helped a 39-year-old woman, who later died at St. Luke’s Hospital. One man was rushed to New York Hospital and another to Roosevelt Hospital.
