A Bronx woman was struck and killed in a fatal hit-and-run early this morning.

Ilia Lopez, 58, was struck by a dark sedan that fled the scene as she was crossing West to East on Second Avenue near 122nd Street around 4:00 a.m. She was dragged for several blocks before the vehicle sped away.

Lopez was taken to Harlem Hospital and where she was pronounced dead.
