Have you seen this dog — or the lady who might have stolen it?
A Queens woman is looking for both her missing Shih Tzu-Chihuahua pup Luna — and a lady who found a suspiciously similar dog but won’t give it up.
Vanessa Macias, 37, has been out plastering posters of the 2-year-old pooch since the pet escaped out the open door of their Jackson Heights apartment on Sept. 6.
The manager at a nearby Petland Discounts called her to say an older woman had come in to the store to buy supplies for a dog she’d found on the street on Sept. 6 — and the canine looked exactly like Luna.
“I am certain it is the same dog,” the manager, Robert Melo, told The Post.
So he let Macias know, and she filed a police report on Saturday and is now hoping someone recognizes the woman, described as in her mid 60s, around 5-foot-3, with black hair and glasses.
