A Brooklyn woman was raped during a horrific home-invasion robbery on Monday, police sources said.

The 29-year-old victim woke up in her Bushwick apartment when she heard sounds around 4:30 a.m., sources said.

The intruder confronted her with a gun, tied her legs and hands with rope and then sodomized her, sources said.

He fled with jewelry, cash and credit cards, sources said.

The woman was being treated at Woodhull Medical Center.
