No peace sign means no justice to an Upper West Side woman.

Lawyers for Brigitte Vosse on Wednesday asked a Manhattan federal appeals panel to reinstate her lawsuit against the city for fining her $800 in 2011 over the neon peace icon in her 17th-floor window, claiming her freedom of speech was violated.

Her suit was tossed out last year.
