An Upper East Side mom who was nearly killed when two teens pushed a shopping cart onto her from an overpass at an East Harlem shopping center has agreed to settle with one of the biggest defendants in her long-running civil case.

Philanthropist Marion Hedges, who has spent the last four years putting her life back together after the 2011 incident left her brain-damaged, is working out a settlement with Target, the corporation’s attorney Sal DeLuca told The Post on Wednesday.

The former real estate agent and charity volunteer was walking into a Target with her son Dayton to buy Halloween candy for underprivileged kids when Raymond Hernandez, 12, and Jeovanni Rosario, 13, tossed the cart from four floors up at the East River Plaza Mall.

Hedges and her hubby, Michael, sued Target, Planned Security Services, Bob’s Discount Furniture, developer Forest City Ratner, and Costco, among others, and have continued to fight the case, despite it leaving them in financial ruin.

The out-of-control kids were handed wrist-slap sentences for their dangerous antics.

Hernandez was ordered to spend six months in a therapeutic group home, and Rosario was sentenced six to 18 months at the Graham Windham School for at-risk kids in Westchester.

Hernandez, now 16, was busted for taking part in at least 14 robberies in December 2015.

Hedges, who was not in court, has maintained compassion for the young boys despite her life-altering injuries.
