A screwdriver-wielding fiend sexually assaulted a 26-year-old woman after breaking into her upper Manhattan home, according to authorities.

The victim was inside her apartment on West 213th Street near Broadway in Inwood around 9:25 p.m. on Sunday when the Yenson Reyes — whose face was covered by a T-shirt — broke in through the front door and bound her hands before demanding cash and oral sex, law-enforcement sources said.

After forcing the victim to perform the sex act, the tattooed assailant grabbed cash and some electronic devices and then fled, according to police.

The woman took note of some of the distinctive tattoos on his body before he ran off.

Police arrested Reyes late on Monday. He was taken to the 34th Precinct station house in Inwood where he was grilled by police about the violent sex crime.

He was charged with robbery, burglary, criminal sex act, and unlawful imprisonment.
