A woman shot her boyfriend and grazed his 12-year-old daughter during a fight outside their Kips Bay, Manhattan apartment building, cops said.

The 36-year-old woman, whose name was not immediately released, blasted her beau in the armpit and inadvertently grazed the pre-teen in the knee during the 11:30 p.m. Friday scuffle in front of their building on East 27th Street near Third Avenue, police said.

The woman was taken into custody, and had not been charged by Saturday evening.

It wasn’t clear whether the pre-teen was the woman’s daughter as well.
