A 32-year-old woman was fatally shot at her Bronx apartment early Wednesday, police said.

Sarisse Respass was shot in the head at her apartment on White Plains Road in Wakefield. Her body was discovered around 6:50 a.m.

The circumstances of the killing remain unclear at this time and no arrests have been made, cops said.
