An innocent bystander was shot last night in the Flatiron, cops said.

The victim, a 21-year-old woman, was walking down West 28th Street near Broadway just before 2 a.m. as four men were having an argument.

One of the men pulled out a gun and fired a shot that struck her, police said.

The woman was rushed to Bellevue Hospital with a graze wound to the right leg.

No arrests have been made.
