A 26-year-old woman was attacked by a knife-wielding man while she was using a computer in the Brooklyn Public Library on Wednesday, cops said.

The woman was on the second floor of the Central Library near Grand Army Plaza at around 5 p.m. when a man started kicking her chair, according to police.

Terrence Wilmot, 43, then pulled out a kitchen knife and slashed the victim on her left index finger and right hand.

The woman was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

Wilmot was arrested on charges of assault, menacing, and criminal possession of a weapon.
