A woman wearing a surgical mask sprayed a burning substance in an MTA bus driver’s face in Brooklyn Friday night, cops said.
The woman was in a group of passengers getting off the B15 bus on Marcus Garvey Boulevard near Lafayette Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant around 10:50 p.m. when she sprayed the liquid at the 57-year-old driver, causing a burning sensation on his face — before taking off, police said.
It wasn’t clear why the woman sprayed the driver.
The driver was taken to Woodhull Medical Center as a precaution.
