An elderly woman laid down on the tracks of the No. 1 train on Monday morning and let the oncoming cars run over her, cops said.
Juana Aponte, 80, left a note in the Dyckman Street station identifying herself before she committed suicide in the upper Manhattan station at 11:47 a.m., sources said.
The train fatally ran over her as it pulled into the station. Aponte lived just a few blocks away on Fort George Hill.
The MTA briefly suspended service between 168th and 207th streets while cops investigated.
