A woman struck by a hit-and-run driver in Queens Saturday night has died, and cops are looking for a minivan they believe mowed her down.

Nisath Hossain, 58, was crossing Queens Boulevard from south to north, near 71st Avenue, in Forest Hills when she was struck by a vehicle at 10:20 p.m. The driver quickly fled the scene, police said.

The victim was transported to North Shore University Hospital, where she died overnight.

Investigators are looking for a silver minivan last seen driving westbound on Queens Boulevard.
